The requested changes to conditions of zoning related to site layout, building design, retaining walls, tree removal, and stormwater. The property is located at 1200 Upper Hembree Road and is legally described as being located in Land Lots 552 & 553, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
  4. <strong>Consent Order and Final Judgment: Cumming Street - Parcel 9</strong><br><em>Consideration and approval of the ratification of a Final Order and Judgment in the amount of $43,000 for Tax Parcel No. 22 498212540108 / Parcel 9 of the Cumming Street Project (Parcel Owner: Richard Skuse and Ashleigh Skuse).
  5. <strong>Invitation to Bid 26-003: Pine Shavings</strong><em><br>Consideration to approve the award of Invitation to Bid 26-003 to Queen Wood Products for Pine Shavings at the Equestrian Center in an amount totaling $123,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
