  3. <strong>Agreement: Alpharetta Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services Volunteer & Education Supervisory Services FY 2027</strong><br><em>Consideration of approval of the FY 2027 agreement with Kristen Orr d/b/a Orr Contracting, LLC for the provision of V<em data-pasted="true">olunteer and Education Coordination Services for the Community Agriculture & Sustainability Services Division of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services</em>, in an amount not to exceed $65,000, and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.

MP-26-02 Lakeview Park MP/Traton HomesWITHDRAWN: This application has been withdrawn by the Applicant and will no longer be considered.Consideration of a master plan amendment to exchange 200,000 square feet of office for 25 ‘For-Sale’ single-family detached homes and 27 ‘For-Sale’ townhomes in the Lakeview Park Master Plan. A master plan amendment is requested to the Lakeview Park Master Plan to allow for the change in development mix. The property is located at 0 Lakeview Parkway and is legally described as being located in Land Lots 744, 745, 752 & 753, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
  5. <strong data-pasted="true">Invitation To Bid: 26-011 Street Sweeping</strong><br><em>Consideration and approval of the award of ITB 26-011 for Street Sweeping to Watt Commercial Sweeping, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $52,708.14 and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  6. <strong>Resolution: 2025 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award</strong><br><em>Consideration and adoption of a Resolution approving the City's participation in the 2025</em>​​​​<em> Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program, and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
