  1. <strong>Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for Software Services with Dell Marketing LP</strong><br><em>Consideration of approval of the procurement of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement from Dell Marketing LP for one year, plus two renewal periods that are renewed annually for the amount of $372,391.27 using state contract number 9999-SPD-SPD0000060-0006, and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  2. <strong>Request For Proposal 26-115: On-Call Storm Pipe Lining Services Contract Approval <strong data-pasted="true"><strong data-pasted="true">and FY 27 Task Order 1 Funding</strong></strong></strong><br><em>Consideration and approval of the award of RFP 26-115 for On-Call Storm Pipe Lining Services to NGI Trenchless Pipe and Sewer Repair, Inc. for CIPP and Utility Asset Management (UAM) for Spincast for a one year contract with the option of four one year renewals; approval of funding to NGI for FY 2027 CIPP Task Order No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $1,927,089.92; and authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  3. <strong data-pasted="true"><strong data-pasted="true">Request For Proposal 26-117: On-Call Pipe Cleaning Services Contract Approval and FY 27 Task Order 1 Funding</strong></strong><br><em>Consideration and approval of the award of RFP 26-117 for On-Call Storm Pipe Cleaning Services to NGI Trenchless Pipe and Sewer Repair, Inc.; approval of funding for FY 2027 Task Order No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00; and authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  4. <strong>Request For Proposal 26-107: Alpha Loop/Link Design-Build from Encore Pkwy to Lakeview Lake and Intergovernmental Agreement with True North 400</strong><br><em>Consideration of approval of the award of RFP 26-107 for Alpha Loop Trail Design-Build from Encore Pkwy to Morrison Lake to Reeves Young with a contract term of 18.5-month, in an amount not to exceed $15,991,962.00, and approve the Agreement with True North 400, and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  5. <strong>MP-26-05/CLUP-26-03/Z-26-03 Empire Old Milton Pkwy/Camden Pond</strong><br><em>Consideration of a master plan amendment, comprehensive land use plan amendment, and rezoning in order to construct 202 ‘For-Sale’ townhomes on 29.2 acres. A master plan amendment is requested to the Camden Pond Master Plan to allow for the proposed change in development mix. A comprehensive land use plan amendment is requested from ‘Professional Business Office’ to ‘High Density Residential’ and a rezoning is requested from CUP (Community Unit Plan) to R-10M (Dwelling, ‘For-Rent or ‘For-Sale’ Residential. The property is located at 3842 Old Milton Parkway and is legally described as being located in Land Lots 2, 3, 44, 45 & 49, 1st District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
  6. <strong>Invitation To Bid 27-001: Fiscal Year 2027 Milling and Resurfacing</strong><br><em>Consideration and approval of the award of ITB 27-001 FY 27 Milling and Resurfacing to C.W. Matthews Contractors FY 27 Milling and Resurfacing in an amount totaling $4,093,950.56 and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
