A variance is requested from Unified Development Code (UDC) Subsection 2.3.3(C) to allow a detached garage in the front yard of a single-family detached lot. The property is located at 4290 Webb Bridge Road and is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1249, 2nd District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
