A variance is requested from Unified Development Code Subsection 2.2.1(D) to reduce the side yard setback from 25’ to 12.5’. The property is located at 275 Dania Drive and is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1177, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
