ORDINANCE NO. 2026-20 (HB 399 Comprehensive Plan Amendment) AN ORDINANCE OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL, UPDATING THE WELLINGTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMENDING THE LAND USE AND COMMUNITY DESIGN ELEMENT BY ADOPTING POLICY LU&CD 1.1.3 RESIDENTIAL LAND USE COMPATIBILITY, POLICY LU&CD 1.1.4 RESIDENTIAL LAND USE COMPATIBILITY FACTORS, AND POLICY LU&CD 1.1.5 RESIDENTIAL LAND USE COMPATIBILITY MITIGATION MEASURES; AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO TRANSMIT THE AMENDMENT TO THE STATE; AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO UPDATE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
