R2026-11 (PALM BEACH COUNTY INTERLOCAL SERVICE BOUNDARY AGREEMENT) A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL, INITIATING THE PROCESS SET FORTH IN SECTION 171.203(2), FLORIDA STATUTES, FOR PURPOSES OF COMMENCING THE NEGOTIATION OF AN INTERLOCAL SERVICE BOUNDARY AGREEMENT WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART II OF CHAPTER 171, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION DIRECTED TO THE COUNTY; PROVIDING DIRECTION TO THE VILLAGE MANAGER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
