5. THE BOARD TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE FDOT CONSTRUCTION PHASE LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT A SIDEWALK ALONG ASH STREET AND JOHNSON STRIPLING ROAD AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE BOCC.
6. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">THE Board to CONSIDER APPROVAL OF Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. LW719 between Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Taylor County to extend the Grant Agreement for the renovation of Hodges Park to November 1, 2026 with all close out documents to be submitted by December 31, 2026, as agendaed by Melody Cox, Grants Writer.
