- Approval of Change Order with Cherry Baekert for additional work associated with the Emergency Operation Centers audit. Budget impact: $16,830 to be paid from the Board's Professional Services line.
- Approval of Third Addendum to Lease Agreement 2009-31 with Hatch Enterprises, Inc, to lease an additional ±8.93 acres.
