3. Approval of Change Order #4 with Blackwater Construction Services for wind bent detail modifications associated with the COVID Isolation Building. Budget impact: $10,781.25 to be paid from grant proceeds.
4. Approval of Task Order No. 7 with Miller Legg for preparation of documents and checklist necessary for submittal of NEPA Part 58 Environmental Assessment associated with Project Summit. Budget impact: $69,200, to be paid from grant proceeds.
