3. Authorization to purchase and install 10 Compactors from Sunbelt Waste Equipment utilizing Sourcewell Contract 010825-ME, and authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreement. Budget impact: $681,700.40 to be paid from the Solid Waste budget.
4. <div data-empty="true">Award and authorize Chairman to execute agreement with Public Resources Advisory Group (PRAG) for planning, analysis, and financing of the Catalyst Wastewater Treatment Plant project.
5. Approval of a no-cost change order No. 9 with Blackwater Construction for a 45-day time extension to complete the construction of the COVID Isolation Building.
6. Discuss, with possible Board action, the award of two (2) demolition/replacement homes in relation to CDBG-HR Grant 23DB-H12 to the lowest qualified respondent. (David Fox, Fred Fox Enterprises)
