- Permission to Advertise - Economic Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemption - Proposed an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2022-023 to reflect the name change from FedEx Ground Package System Inc. to Federal Express Corporation, AKA FedEx Express, which is located at 13701 SW Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Blvd, Port St. Lucie FL 34953.
- "After the Fact" Revocable License Agreement - 401 Campbell Road - Julie Ann Lubarsky - Parcel ID 2309-314-0000-000-8Ms. Lubarksy is requesting an "After the Fact" Revocable License Agreement to keep her 4’ wood fence with three gates at its present location, just east of the property line in the future donated right-of-way of Campbell Road. The right-of-way donation and license agreement are a condition of approval of PDS Order 2024-035. The fence location is depicted in Exhibit A. She understands if the County Engineer determines the fence is causing flooding, drainage problems or for other needs in the area, the fence will need to be removed or relocated at her expense.Engineering, Road & Bridge, and Water Quality have reviewed the license agreement and have no objections.
