- Resolution No. 2024-111 - Accepting a Conservation Easement and Preserve Area Management and Monitoring Plan from Estancia Development, LLC - Parcel IDs 2420-414-0001-000-4, 2420-414-0002-000-1, and 2420-414-0003-000-8<br><br>On December 7, 2023, the Planning and Development Services Director approved PDS Order 2023-083 granting approval of a Minor Adjustment to a Planned Unit Development for a project known as Estancia PUD. A condition of approval required Estancia Development, LLC to dedicate a Conservation Easement over all the onsite wetlands, along with an approved Preserve Area Monitoring and Management Plan (PAMMP) to St. Lucie County.Attached for review and acceptance is the Conservation Easement, sketch and legal description and the Preserve Area Management and Monitoring Plan which has been reviewed and approved by the Environmental Resources Department and the County Surveyor.
