Request Board ratification to submit a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs Bureau of Justice Assistance FY 2026 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program requesting up to $1,300,000 to support Seminole County Problem Solving Court program; and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certification of the Chief Executive Officer form for the application; and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute the grant application and supporting documents as required including Notice of Award.
