Ratify a grant submission with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for Children’s Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) in conjunction with Family Partnerships of Central Florida to provide mental health services for children and youth ages birth to 21; and authorize the County Manager to execute all documents associated with the SAMHSA CMHI grant.
