Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution authorizing the County Manager to execute the Loan application and apply for a Loan through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program, to provide assurances required by the Loan application, and delegate responsibility to appropriate Seminole County staff to carry out technical, financial and administrative activities associated with the Loan application; and to approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing Budget Amendment Request (BAR) #26-026 in the Water & Sewer Grant Fund to appropriate funding and recognize revenue in the amount of $5,342,266 for Phase I of the Hurricane Milton SRF Loan; and in the Water & Sewer Capital Improvement Fund to transfer $1,750,000 from Reserves for additional funding for WTP/WWTP Program Management.
