Approve and authorize County Manager to sign an agreement between Seminole County and Aspire Health Partners to provide services for the Problem-Solving Courts Diversion Program for up to $207,000 over three years. Also approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing Budget Amendment Request (BAR) 26-002 in the amount of $370,110 through the Grant Fund to appropriate year two grant funding from the State of Florida Department of Children and Families.
