Request Board approval to submit grant applications to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) special funding for Hurricane Helene and Milton requesting up to $30 million loan for resiliency of the Greenwood Lakes Water Reclamation Facility; and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all grant documents associated with the grant application.
