Request Board approval to submit a grant application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Hurricane Milton. The application requests up to $6 million in federal funding for the Lincoln Heights-Ravenna Park Flood Drainage Improvement project. Additionally, authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all grant documents associated with the grant application.
