Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Resolution approving the three (3) year State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) for program years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028; authorize the Chairman to execute the Certification to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC), and authorize staff to submit the LHAP and any additional requirements to the FHFC .
