Request Board approval to submit a grant application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Hurricane Debby. The application requests $3,579,182 in federal funding for three flood mitigation projects in Seminole County. Additionally, authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all grant documents associated with the grant application. The County will be responsible for a 25% match which will be funded through the sales tax revenue. Countywide (John Slot, Public Works Director)
