Request Board approval to submit a grant application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Hurricane Debby. The application requests $3,579,182 in federal funding for three flood mitigation projects in Seminole County. Additionally, authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all grant documents associated with the grant application.
