Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Budget Amendment Request (BAR) 25-033 through the FEMA Federal Mitigation Grant Funds in the amount of $575,970.66 for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Ian to acquire property at 423 Whitcomb Drive, Geneva, FL 32732 for demolition purpose of absolute flood protection; and authorize the County Manager to execute the HMGP contract along with work orders, purchasing contracts and related grant modification documents specific to this project.
