Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant closeout form and certification document(s) for the HOME funds received in FY 2016, FY 2017, FY 2018, and FY 2019. Furthermore, authorize the Chairman to execute the closeout form and certification document(s) for all future subsequent years associated with the HOME, HOME-ARP, CDBG, (H)ESG grants, and any disaster and/or special circumstance(s) related funding received by HUD.
