Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution amending the Seminole County Administrative Code by revising Section 20.10 (Development, Building, Inspection and Administrative Charges) to reduce the fee for applications for forgiveness or reductions of code enforcement liens and eliminating the provision regarding appeals to the Board of County Commissioners; and providing an effective date.
