Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing Budget Amendment (BAR) #25-009 in the 2014 Infrastructure Sales Tax Fund to transfer $175,000 from the SR436 Multimodal Improvement Project to fund the implementation of the Marxan Model managed by the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council (ECFRPC) to be used for conservation analysis; and approve and authorize the County Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an agreement with the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council (ECFRPC) based on the attached scope of services.
