Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution amending the Seminole County Administrative Code by inserting a new subsection in section 1.10 (Organizational Signature Authority) to delegate to the Environmental Services Department Director the authority to execute renewals to Residential Franchise Contracts and Commercial Franchise Contracts if certain conditions are met; and providing an effective date.
