Approval by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to appropriate from the Sheriff’s Office Fiscal Year 2023/24 General Fund Budget closeout: (1) $4,532,084.26 in purchase commitments for items not received by 9/30/2024 and (2) $150,000.00 requested to fund the modernization project of the CAFEWEB Case Management System; and approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing a Budget Amendment Request (BAR) # 25-005 in the General Fund to transfer $4,682,084.26 from reserves for the re-appropriation of the Sheriff’s purchase commitments and Mobile Command Vehicle.
