Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a contract with FEMA through the Florida Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $181,077.81 for mitigation reconstruction project to provide flood protection to a single-family structure located at 1952 Lake Street, Oviedo, Florida; and to execute a Budget Amendment Request (BAR) 25-002 through the Federal Mitigation Grant Funds in the amount of $181,077.81; and authorize the County Manager or designee to sign all work orders, purchasing contracts and related grant modification documents specific to this project.
