Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution approving, solely for the limited purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, the expenditure of the proceeds of the Orange County Housing Finance Authority not to exceed $34,373,650.36 of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond Series (Huntington Reserves Apartment Project) for the purpose of providing funds to finance a multifamily residential rental project (168 residential units) located in Seminole County at 2000 Rosecliff Circle, Sanford, Florida, 32773, as further described in the Resolution; and providing an effective date.
