Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council (TBRPC) to complete the Federal EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) application requirement and submit an MOA from all Coalition Members by July 1, 2024, and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute the supporting documents as required for the grant. If the CPRG grant is awarded to TBRPC, Seminole County will receive funding for a solar array in the Seminole County Landfill.
