Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between coalition partners including Seminole County (Lead Applicant), Osceola County, Orange County, City of Orlando, City of Altamonte Springs, City of Winter Springs, City of Oviedo, and Tohopekaliga Water Authority to complete the Federal EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant application submitted on April 1, 2024 with a required submission of a MOA with coalition partners to EPA by July 1, 2024, and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute the supporting documents as required for the grant.
