Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution, Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement, Locally Funded Agreement (LFA), and a Three-Party Escrow Agreement between The State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Seminole County in the amount of $3,502,639.00 for the construction and $337,625.00 for CEI services for the Lake Monroe Loop Trail Project (also known as Celery/Mellonville Trail) (FPN 444628-1-58-01), and approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing the Budget Amendment Request (BAR) No. 24-054 in the Public Works Grants Fund to appropriate funding in the amount of $3,502,639 for the Celery/Mellonville Trail Loop.
