Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Funding Agreement with the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management to accept Hurricane Ian and Nicole Repair and Recovery Funding of $5 million; approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing the Budget Amendment Request (BAR) #24-053 in the General Fund to appropriate funding of $5 million; and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all documents and Budget Transfer Requests associated with the funding.
