Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Seminole County Government - Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation Partnership Agreement in the amount of $200,000 for the purpose of strengthening the impact, effectiveness and leadership of Seminole County nonprofit and philanthropic organizations; approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing the Budget Amendment Request (BAR) #24-050 in the amount of $100,000 for the first year’s payment to appropriate an interfund transfer from the General Fund Reserves to the Economic Development Fund.
