Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution approving, solely for the limited purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, the issuance by the Housing Finance Authority of Volusia County, Florida of its multifamily housing revenue bonds (Riverbend Landings Apartments Project) for the purpose of providing additional financing for a multifamily residential rental project to be located at 3750 E.
