Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) passed through from Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to cover FEMA allowable reimbursement of services during the time period for Hurricane Nicole; and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all related documents, forms and Modifications to this contract.
