Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Amendment to the MetroPlan Orlando Interlocal Agreement. The proposed Amendment affects the makeup of the MetroPlan Orlando Board by adding the City of St. Cloud as a single (1) voting member and by providing Orange County with an additional representative to serve as a voting member.
