The requested variances are as follows:<ol><li>Establish a 5-foot secondary front-yard setback along Crowell Street, where a 15-foot setback is required; </li><li>Establish a 15-foot rear yard setback, where a 20-foot setback is required; and</li><li>Redistribute a portion of the allowable impervious area from other impervious improvements to building coverage, permitting up to 41% building coverage where the maximum is 35%.
