Staff recommends the Board approve the selection committee's recommendation to authorize staff negotiations with The SLAM Collaborative, Inc. to provide architectural & engineering services to evaluate the current space needs at the Polk County Courthouse and County Administration Building located in Bartow, FL, update the 2014 master plan, design a new Courts/County Annex facility and provide an estimate of construction cost. (No Fiscal Impact)
