Review/Approve Draft TPO Resolution 2024-03 approving the Fiscal Year 2024/25 - 2025/26 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and MPO PL Funding Agreement TPO staff will review the grant budget for the next two-year UPWP for the period FY 2024/25 through 2025/26. Staff also requests the Board to approve the attached resolution authorizing the Chairman to execute a Metropolitan Planning Organization Agreement for the receipt of FHWA and FTA transportation planning funds in support of the TPO’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).
