Approve Appointments to the Polk County Transportation Disadvantaged Coordination Board The TPO, as the designated official Planning Agency for the Polk County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (LCB), has the responsibility to appoint members to serve on the LCB. Staff is requesting the Board to appoint one (1) member, reappoint one (1) member and endorse five (5) alternates representing state agencies, to serve on the LCB.
