ORDINANCE NO. . AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S OFFICIAL LAND USE PLAN MAP BY PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE LAND USE FROM RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN (RS) TO RESIDENTIAL URBAN (RU) FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED AT PARCEL ID 20-30-16-41724-000-0230 AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4278 TO DELETE THE PHRASE “SUBJECT TO CHANGE” ON THE EXHIBIT ATTACHED TO SUCH ORDINANCE AND AMENDING SECTION FOUR OF SUCH ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH ORDINANCE WAS EFFECTIVE UPON ITS FINAL PASSAGE, CERTIFYING CONSISTENCY WITH THE CITY’S ADOPTED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
