A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS COLLECTED FROM CIVIL PENALTIES IMPOSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 16-126 OF THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES; REQUIRING THE PINELLAS PARK CHIEF OF POLICE REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PROPOSED EXPENDITURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE FIRST AND FINAL READING
