5. 3 Acting Chair Scott indicated that Chair Peters is currently attending a Canvassing Board meeting; and that she may join today’s work session at a later time. Commissioner Flowers made a motion to allow Chair Peters to appear virtually, which was seconded by Commissioner Latvala and carried unanimously; whereupon, deviating from the agenda, Chair Peters provided information related to communications with various members of the state and federal governments regarding debris removal and beach nourishment. Chair Peters joined the meeting virtually at 9:34 A.M. and left the meeting at 9:40 A.M.
