8. 6 Chair Eggers arrived and assumed the gavel at 9:44 A.M. Commissioner Peters left the meeting at 11:06 A.M.
9. 8 Deviating from the agenda, Chair Eggers referenced a letter that he received from the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority regarding a Federal Transit Administration grant and indicated that, in order to meet the grant deadline, a signed letter of support is required; and that he would like to obtain consensus from the members to send a letter of support; whereupon, he confirmed that there is a consensus.

11. 10 During the recess, Commissioner Latvala left the meeting.
