AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF MONEY AND THE INCURRENCE OF DEBT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $16,000,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, RENOVATION, AND EQUIPPING OF CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS; ESTABLISHING ITS INTENT TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN CAPITAL EXPENDITURES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH CAPITAL PROJECTS WITH THE PROCEEDS OF A FUTURE TAX-EXEMPT FINANCING FROM THE FLORIDA MUNICIPAL LOAN COUNCIL OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
