1. <strong><u>Ordinance 2024-001: Amending Future Land Use Map to Commercial (First Reading)</u></strong><br>An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the Future Land Use Map of the City of Parkland Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of approximately 4.35 acres of land generally located south of Loxahatchee Road and approximately 0.7 miles west of Parkside Drive, as more particularly described in exhibit “A”, from Palm Beach County RR-10 to City of Parkland Commercial; providing for recertification; providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date. (Case Number LUPA23-002).
2. <strong><u>Resolution 2024-001 Quigley Tennis Court Resurfacing</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, to award a contract to Fast-Dry Courts, Inc., for resurfacing of the tennis courts and replacement of tennis nets at the Tennis Center at Quigley Park in the not to exceed amount of $134,090; providing for execution; providing for an effective date.
