1. <strong><u>Ordinance 2024-001: Amending Future Land Use Map to Commercial (Second Reading)</u></strong><br>An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the Future Land Use Map of the City of Parkland Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of approximately 4.35 acres of land generally located south of Loxahatchee Road and approximately 0.7 miles west of Parkside Drive, as more particularly described in exhibit “A”, from Palm Beach County RR-10 to City of Parkland Commercial; providing for recertification; providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
