  1. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2024-032 - Law Enforcement Trust Fund Purchase</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, authorizing the use of the Law Enforcement Trust Fund for the purchase of three (3) sets of trail cameras for the Parkland District of Broward Sheriff's Office, in an amount not to exceed $1,500 to Amazon; providing for an effective date.
  2. <strong><u>Ordinance 2024-004 - Amending Future Land Use Map to Commercial (First Reading)</u></strong><br>An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the Future Land Use Map of the City of Parkland Comprehensive Plan, to change the designation of approximately 25.3 acres of land generally located on the former Heron Bay golf course, west of Nob Hill Road and south of NW 66th Drive, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" from City of Parkland R-3 to City of Parkland Commercial; providing for recertification; providing for conflicts, severability and an effective date. (Case Number LUPA24-002)
  3. <strong><u>Resolution 2024-026: Terramar Park Fence and Dugout Replacement Project</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, to award a contract to HG Construction Development and Investment, Inc., for replacement of the dugouts and fences at Terramar Park Fields 1 and 5, in the not-to-exceed amount of $488,150; providing for execution, providing for an effective date.
  4. <strong><u>Resolution 2024-003: Pine Trails Park Baske</u><u>tball Courts 3 and 4 Improvements</u>:</strong><br>A Resolution of the City of Parkland, Florida, approving the piggyback of the School District of Palm Beach County contract for ITB No. 23C-5L for Acrylic Coating of Sports Surfaces to Armor Courts Incorporated in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,181, and to<strong id="isPasted"> </strong>award a contract to Armor Courts Incorporated for replacement of the basketball goal systems in the not-to-exceed amount of $18,243; providing for execution; providing for an effective date.
