  7. <strong><u>Resolution 2025-079: Purchase of Microsoft 365 Cloud Service Licensing</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, approving the piggyback of State of Florida Alternative Contract Source (ACS) No. 43230000-23-National Association of State Purchasing Officials (NASPO)-ACS-Software Valued Added Reseller (SVAR) for the purchase of Microsoft 365 Cloud Service licensing over a period of three (3) years in order to comply with the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) cybersecurity requirements in the estimated base cost for Microsoft 365 licensing is $117,040 annually, for a total three (3) year estimated base cost of $351,121, plus a contingency of ten percent (10%) ($35,112) to account for increased licenses, additional Microsoft 365 products, or expanded cloud services for a final estimated cost of $386,233; providing for execution; providing for an effective date.
